Exchanges & Refunds
Please choose personal care products carefully and refer to the size guides as sales on personal care products are final. Personal care products can not be exchanged or returned, regardless of the claim the product has not been used and is still in the original packaging.
To protect our customers, no returns or exchanges are permitted on sanitary products including tampons, menstrual cups, sponges period underwear and disposable and reusable cloth pads where you may have made a purchasing error, changed your mind or purchased the wrong size.
You are eligible for a replacement (or refund if a like product is not available) if the item you received has a manufacturing fault or defect.
All replacements must be pre-approved prior to returning the goods.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo of the fault and your order number.
If approved, we will supply you with a reply paid return address for the return of the faulty goods.
If a replacement is not available you will be offered another product of equal or greater value or you may receive a refund.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the exchange to be processed once we receive it.
