Exchanges & Refunds

Please choose your size carefully and refer to the size guides as all sales are final.

For personal hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are permitted on sanitary products, including menstrual cups, period underwear and cloth pads, regardless of the claim they have not been used or are still in the original packaging. 

Faulty Goods

You are eligible for a replacement if the item you received has a manufacturing fault or defect.

All replacements must be pre-approved prior to returning the goods.

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods by emailing periodshop@gmail.com along with a photo of the fault and your order number. 

If approved, we will supply you with a reply paid return address for the return of the faulty goods.

If a replacement is not available you will be offered another product of equal or greater value or you may receive a refund.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the exchange to be processed once we receive it.
