Shipping & Delivery

Shipping information

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days.

Shipping Days: Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday (with the exception of public holidays) from Perth Western Australia. Orders received prior to 9am AWST on these days will be shipped on the same day. 

Order Addresses: Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and re-sending the parcel will be charged to you.

Postal Provider: Orders are shipped using Australia Post or Aramex (formerly Fastway).

Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery in Australia.

Discreet packaging: Orders are shipped in plain packaging and show the store name as PS. Orders to New Zealand are required to have declaration of the goods contents which is displayed on the outside of the box.

Australia & New Zealand Orders

Free Shipping: For orders of $75 or more.

Low flat fee: For orders under $75, a low flat fee of $5 is charged for shipping within Australia and $7.50 for orders shipping to New Zealand.

Shipping Time: You will receive a tracking ID once your order has been dispatched which can be used to rack your parcels progress. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 working days of being shipped however this can take longer.

International Orders

We do not offer shipping to countries outside of Australia and New Zealand.


Incorrect address: You will be liable to pay postage costs if an incorrect postal address is supplied and you require the item to be re-shipped.

Incorrect items sent: From time to time packing errors may occur. Should you receive an incorrect order, please email us with your order number and a list of the items you have received. We may ask you to send a photo of the packing slip and items and will send you a rely-paid satchel for the return of incorrect items. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you or provide you with a refund if they are no longer available.

Missing, lost or damaged orders: We do not accept liability for loss or damage as a result of late delivery or for loss or damage arising from items that may have been lost, stolen, damaged after goods have been delivered.
